Job Summary
- Planning, Organizing, directing and controlling manufacturing activities for better yield, productivity and with quality.
- Production planning & control, shift management to meet monthly annually targets.
- Maintain 100% uptime in plant operations ensuring achievement of targeted production adhering to IMS procedures legal and safety norms.
- Manage effective operation of auxiliary facility (ETP, PCC, storage shed, drum decontamination etc.)
- Coordination with maintenance, logistics, lab and back office for effective and smooth operations for batch productivity.
- Monitor control and improve standard operational procedures and ensure safety in plant and impart technical training to team members.
- Maintain, manage, protect and control all plant and operational assets, machinery equipments ensuring efficient functioning.
- Monitor and control site infrastructure, billing processes and inventories.
- 100% compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure EHS system compliance all across production area without fail with involvement of all operations, supervisor and shift incharge.
