Gepil is the Leading Environment Management organization and one of the industry pioneers in the field of Environment Infrastructure Projects. Company is in the business of developing EnviroProtection and Infrastructure projects on DBOO (Design, Built, Own and Operate) or BOO basis. GEPIL is presently havingits TSDF, AFRF sites across the county which have been developed and operating from the last20 30 years.

Currently we are having job opportunity for theposition of Sales & Marketing Executivefor one of our TSDF site at pali, Faridabad. He has to look after the Yamunanagar, Panchklula, Panipat and Sonipat regions(Haryana).


Role Objective:To grow our sales revenue, whilst building strong and sustainable relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase revenue for Company by hitting / exceeding sales objectives each quarter.
  • Ensure achievement of waste lifting targetas per plan .
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the timelimits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify, establish contact and develop relationships with new potential customers. Listen to their needs and highlight the opportunities we can provide.
  • Accountable for managing the portfolio of key accounts, and for delivering client focussed solutions.
  • Drive the sales process from prospect to close, negotiating and closing commercial contracts. Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to maximize sales revenueand customer satisfaction.
  • Generate own sales leads.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing/Sales to create marketing campaigns and convert those sales leads into profitable business.
  • Provide regular customer feedback to aid our product developmentand marketing teams.
  • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skill.

Computer Knowledge, MS Office, ERP functions etc.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2to 5years of experience in Sales & Marketingfunction in any chemical / Pharma / Manufacturing and Engineering industry.
