Job Summary
- System Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex backend systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all operations within a healthcare environment.

- Queue Management and Data Handling: Implement and manage robust solutions using Kafka to handle high-throughput data pipelines, enhancing data processing and integration capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, lead backend development teams, and contribute to strategic planning to improve backend systems and practices.
- Innovative Integration: Employ advanced prompt engineering techniques and AI frameworks, such as LangChain, to enhance backend functionalities and user interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, frontend developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality alignment.
