Job Title: Application Support Engineer - Riversand PIM

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with in-depth knowledge of the Riversand platform and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Riversand PIM application. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of PIM concepts, data modelling, and integration methods, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and issue resolution for the Riversand PIM platform, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents and problems in a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis for application issues, identify trends, and propose long-term solutions.
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Riversand PIM components, including data models, attributes, workflows, and integration points.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, recommending optimization strategies.
Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Riversand PIM environment.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on PIM functionalities, best practices, and usage.
Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an Application Support Engineer with a focus on Riversand PIM or similar PIM systems.
Strong understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) concepts, data modelling, and data governance principles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.
Experience with data integration methods, APIs, and middleware for connecting PIM systems with other applications.
Familiarity with data quality management, data enrichment, and data transformation processes within PIM.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and solutions.
Relevant certifications in Riversand PIM or related technologies would be a plus.
