Job Summary
Planning / Scheduling / Organizing / Executing Production operations Good knowledge of cGMP & Safety practices Responsible for Production as per Plan and ensure quality, yield, etc. of the product Handling of various API s with all safety aspects and relevant GMP norms. Responsible for daily & Monthly production planning, scheduling &monitoring production activity with quality and quantity also man power handling and scheduling To ensure maximum utilization of plant equipment as per production plan or any changed priority To ensure quality and output of the products as per standard norms, if any deviation, investigate Ensure through optimum utilization of resources, that products are manufactured conforming to quality and yield, in accordance with the plans. To ensure that all manufacturing operations are performed in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice, SOPs and Safety requirements. Production, yield & quality improvement, Equipment Qualification, Technology Transfer, Cost Reduction Management under world class Safety Culture Identifying safety needs during operations of the process and subsequent training of the personnel and training on awareness of safety precautions. Qualifying all equipment s before production as per c GMP, Selection of equipment s for execution of new product & process, planning & organize modification in plant as per HAZOP requirement. Effective resource planning for optimizing man and machines utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity by analyzing Weekly, Monthly, & quarterly reports.
