Roles and Responsibilities
Drive the growth agenda through leveraging Banca channel and ensuring higher penetration at the Branch level1 Take accountibility to build relationships with Banca channel and NBFC's to develop mutually beneficial relationship2 Managing existing Bancassurance and Allied Relationships3 Provide end to end solutions to Banca partners thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met4 Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners5 Regularly monitoring and controling cover notes6 Conversion of IMD's to IRDA7 Monitoring MIS and sharing with the IMD's regularlyDesired Candidate Profile
