Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Configure process KPI dashboards, based on customer requirements

Utilize key functionalities of Celonis for process analysis and visualization

Apply advanced filters for process discovery, identify drivers for deviations

Work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows

Build basic and advanced analyses from scratch and customize existing ones

Identify and quantify process improvement opportunities within Celonis / relevant process mining tool

Interpret process data visualized in the dashboards within Celonis / relevant process mining tool

Communicate and pitch business findings

Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them

Contribute to the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion

Desired Candidate Profile

Operational business and/or consultancy experience for more than 2 + year

Experience in implementation of process mining tools

Desirable: Celonis Analyst training track

Deisrabe : SQL and data visualization experience required

Experience in Project- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and process re-engineering

Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure

Analytical and problem solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience

Communication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Celonis, Adonis or Camunda

Insurance business / financial services experience

Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
