Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Achieve Sales Target as per Business Plan

Service the existing customers and develop new market

Responsible for collections & keep outstanding as per company policy

Coordinate with plant for execution of orders on time

Attend to customer complaints and resolve the same with Plant Technical Team

Collect market intelligence on pricing, customers, competition and other market developments

Understand customer s requirement and work towards meeting the same in coordination with Plant Team

Coordinate with Sales department for timely despatches and other activities

Active participation in common plant activities like Kaizen, Sales Process optimisation, etc

Making MIS reports on Sales, Collection , Competitor activities periodically as fixed by HOD and the management

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communication

Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills

Stick to the deadline

Experience Required :

12 to 17 Years
