Job Summary
2. Involved in the complete development cycle of the Control logic, HMI Screens & Library Functions for Train Control & Monitoring System (TCMS). (Design, Simulate, Integrate, Validate, Commission)
3. Design : Design Train Control software on PLC or Embedded domain using the Functional descriptions provided by the System Engineers.
4. Simulate : Prepare Test Bench Simulation software based on functional requirements specification documents (FRS) to validate Train Control Logic.
5. Integrate : Integrate Train Control Software with the Traction Control Engineers for testing the entire Propulsion system.
6. Validate : Prepare test specifications, test procedures and conduct all possible test-cases to validate desired operation of Train Control Logic.
7. Commission : Take part in the commissioning activities and provide commissioning and troubleshoot assistance to Field Engineers whenever required.
8. Provide Training to Internal & External Customers regarding testing, debugging & use of the new product.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Research, Design & Development of company s new products, systems & various applications in Indian Railways.2. Desired Candidate Profile
1.Advanced knowledge of PLC Programming (IEC61131-3)
2.Advanced knowledge of Control Systems.
3. Advanced knowledge on Embedded Software system.
4. Good knowledge of various communication protocols like Ethernet, Serial Communication (CAN, RS232, RS485 etc).
5.Advanced knowledge with Integrated Development Environment with C,C++ Languages (Control Build)
6.Experience of at least 2 years in real time software design and standard application.
7.Good communication and presentation skill.
