Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers
2. Ensure that orders received are accurate
3. Documentation + Approvals maintaining
4. MIS Purchase (Stock report, Purchase, shortfall analysis, GR/IR report, due list, Workflows status)
5. Workflows management (All workflows should be nil towards every Friday
6. Follow up with the vendors and sharing the tentative arrival schedule with the plant
7. Balance confirmation (Make sure by the end of the quarter the books are balanced)
8. Follow up with SSC/Finance team on timely booking of the invoice
9. Agreement management (Should make sure all agreements are valid, if not then manager should be notified well in advance.
