Job Summary
1. Coordination with Share Service Team.
2. Responsible for timely bill booking and payment to vendors.
3. Inter co reconciliation.
4. GRIR Reconciliation.
5. Maintain OSL and Prepaid register.
6. Having good knowledge of TDS and GST.
Fixed Assets
1. Maintain Fixed Asset register
2. Responsible for preparation of Capital Plan and Budget.
3. Coordination with cross functional team towards timely capitalization of assets.
4. Responsible for Fixed asset verification.
Banking
1. Coordination with Bank Authorities.
2. Responsible for FEMA regulations.
3. Responsible for maintaining all the documents related to Import & Export.
Month Closing
1. Active participation in month closing activity.
Information Technology
1. Good knowledge of SAP
