Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

1.By closely working with all process owners, ensure all process owners update their knowledge, enhance their skills substantially, and bring great improvement in top/bottom line.

2.Productivity improvement (OEE), reduction of manufacturing costs by reducing wastages /manufacturing costs like stores /repairs, improve quality /avoid complaints

3.Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt), Lean Six Sigma, Product Audit, Supplier Quality Assurance Audit, Document & Data control, Certified Internal Auditor of QMS,

4.Lean Manufacturing, 5 S Implementation, GMP, Trainer of 7 QC Tools, ISO awareness, CAPA, Implementation of TPM/TQM/SPC /DEMAIC / PDCA.

Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
