Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods, Organizing way bills and follow-up of C forms,
Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on SAP).
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/websiteDesired Candidate Profile
- Female candidates preferred.
- Good English Communication Skill (Written and Oral)
- Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and word to create proposals and presentations to customers.
- Communication Skill, Negotiation, Confident,Planning
