Assistant Vice President - Strategy, Finance & Operations- It Industry Job in Gennext India Private Limited

Roles and Responsibilities

Data Analytics:

• Understand business needs and objectives

• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

• Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources

• Select, configure and implement analytics solutions

• Lead and develop a team of data analysts

• Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality

• Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback)

• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights

• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance

Finance & Accounts:

• Managing the F&A team looking after the day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash management and internal financial reporting

• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting

• Liaising with the Audit Committee and other auditors to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and standards

• Reviewing work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency; and potential issues in accounts, financial processes and controls and proactively raise management attention to act and resolve

• Providing support and input to project financial planning processes including monitoring progress.

• Ensuring consistent application of KSPL policies, procedures, and Standards in projects.

Operations :

Supervising the Operations Team looking after:

• Facility management and maintenance

• Travel, Relocation & Shipping

• Inventory Control, Transfer and Storage

• Administration strategy and budgeting

• Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken and Written English)

• Knowledge of Finance function including P&L, Balance sheet

• Good understanding of business analytics

• Expertise in Excel, google sheets, Powerpoint S/He should be able to pick up a new tool and gain knowledge to achieve results.
