Job Summary
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or STEM related fields involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
- 10+ years of progressive career in IT.
- Experience in Salesforce product development is a huge plus.
- Excellent Project Management, People Management and Leadership skills in a software Development environment.
- Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development methodology.
- Should have ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have experience of running Sprints and tracking throughput through tools like Agile Accelerator, JIRA, Rally, Confluence.
- Must be having a Scrum Master certification.
