Job Summary

Role Summary:

As Product Manager for Edison Data-lake platform a core part of our Edison platform, you will drive the vision and strategy, roadmap, product lifecycle and feature sets tied to business objectives of adoption, revenue and return on investment. You will also be required to work horizontally across GEHC businesses to identify and drive synergies between Data assets & data offerings in the portfolio. You may mentor one or more Product owners and junior product managers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop the product strategy, technology vision and program vision backed up by clear roadmap to support GEHCs strategic business initiatives and imperatives with a focus on clearly defined outcomes.
Be responsible for platform performance with targets on adoption, quality, enabling revenue and cost. Identifies and influences market trends and opportunities in the Healthcare data space.
Drives vision & strategy, roadmap and product lifecycle for platform components and solutions.
Participate in events and industry associations to influence the direction for the business and technology in the segment.
Be a domain/business expert for the portfolio to guide and mentor teams, and establish/refine product management processes.
Work cross functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, internal and external customers, analysts and senior management teams to formulate and execute the strategy.
Will have strong financial acumen and accountability.
Responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across product management, engineering and other stakeholder groups to successfully execute business strategy across GE businesses, partners and customers.
Cross functional leadership to define and execute the vision and strategy.
Global travel required as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in STEM_x009d_ Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
Working knowledge of Cloud and data.
Working knowledge of Healthcare Interoperability standards (Dicom, FHIR, HL7 etc) and Healthcare data governance and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR etc.)
A minimum of 12 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across product lines.
A minimum of 3 years working in the Healthcare interoperability and Data arena with knowledge of Healthcare solution and workflows.
