Job Summary
Provide leadership and domain expertise in identity and access management for all infrastructure related components, including but not limited to operating system, database, storage infrastructure, etc.
Drive oversight to track, investigate and resolve all critical system infrastructure account defects
Partner with the Corporate Technology Risk and Power teams to drive alignment of global solutions and obsolescence initiatives
Ensure regulatory controls such as, Sarbanes Oxley, export control, GDPR and internal GE compliance requirements are met on identity platforms for GE Power
Innovate and develop ways to simplify, streamline and report on the asset integration process
Strong knowledge of security concepts and technologies that intersect with Identity Management
Ensure cyber security tooling aligns to business goals, is in place and functioning properly
Able to connect the dots across domains and develop cross-domain identity and security solutions
Work on cross-functional projects and teams to deliver security solutions for the business
Manage programs, assigned tasks and commitments
Communicate and present to executive leadership
Minimum of 3 years of IT project management and Infrastructure Technology experience.
Strong Consideration will be given to GE GAS POWER Employees.
Knowledge / experience with identity, access management principles and / or technology (e.g. SSO, LDAP, IdM, Domains, DBA roles, etc.)
Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Unix, Solaris
Tools: VMware Workstation, LDAP Browser, SQL Developer
Oracle Database: 10g/11g, MS-SQL Server 2005/2008+
Knowledge of architecture and IT design
Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and associated security concepts
Experience with additional security related tools / capabilities: Multifactor Authentication, SAML/OIDC, Privileged Access Management, CASB, Directory Services (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory, Siteminder)
Technical project / program management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem resolution skills
Strong team player collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve
Exceptional interpersonal, written / verbal communication, leadership and organizational skills
Experience working in an environment with export control requirements
Green Belt / Black Belt certified or Quality training certification
Project Management Professional or similar certification

Role Summary:
Lead the strategy and roadmap delivery for GE Powers IAM technology solutions, through securing, standardizing and automating IAM hosting environments (operating system, database, storage devices). The ideal candidate will have prior experience with IAM systems and be familiar with the entire lifecycle of access management across various platforms.Essential Responsibilities:

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent 10 years of experience in Information Technology.Minimum of 3 years of IT project management and Infrastructure Technology experience.

Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience in Security or ComplianceKnowledge / experience with identity, access management principles and / or technology (e.g. SSO, LDAP, IdM, Domains, DBA roles, etc.)
