Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Drive action Plan for Delinquency Burn down Performs capacity assessments & order book reviews Ensures material coverage with supply base Manage action plans impacting the commodity Manages supplier business reviews Develops action plan to hit engine rate ramps or disposition trapped WIP Manages customer/supplier engagements Lead NPI Sourcing changes Support Commodity leaders for Commercial Negotiations during Contract Required Qualifications Min 7 Years of Experience in Sourcing and Delivery related roles in Manufacturing industry related Aerospace / Automotive / Oil and Gas / Power B E Mechanical / Industrial Production / Automobile or Aeronautical Engineering Hands on experience of working with India suppliers Basic knowledge in Machining , sheet metal Manufacturing Process Knowledge in Sourcing process related supplier evaluations , Capacity assessments , Delivery management Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Flexible to travel to supplier across Pan India and globally Ability to Manage supplier relationship and Supplier performance with minimal support from HQ team
