Job Summary The purpose of this position is to initiate and drive the market driven product development process and marketing of products within the Laboratory Furniture product line and marketing of products within assigned product line(s) through the analysis of market trends, new product development, development and execution of marketing plans, management of pricing and other related support activities to manage and grow revenue and profitability while increasing market share, brand equity and customer loyalty.
Location : Corporate Office in Vadodara ( Gujarat)
Region of operation : PAN India

Requirements :
- Education: (BSc., MSc, Diploma / Degree in Engineering, MBA), advanced degree is a plus
- Professional experience: 10 or more years of experience preferred with Instrumentation, Gas Piping, Electrical and Civil installations or related line, : engineering and product management. Experience in more than one role (Example: Engineering AND Product Management) within a commercial organization is strongly preferred.
- Position requires extensive travel. Periodically required travel may be higher at certain times during the year. Requires ability to transport and use common computer and communications equipment while traveling.
- Proven facilitator that effectively coordinates and leads efforts and input from various internal functional groups leading a team to collective achievements.
