Job Description

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery
- Manage project resources, including internal and external teams, vendors, and contractors
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Manage project scope, change requests, and issue resolution
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas of improvement and develop best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software project management
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve project goals
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
