Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Crafting negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirement documentation.

Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

Perform cost and scenario analysis and bench-marking.

Assess, manage and mitigate risk.

Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.

Determine quality and timing of deliveries.

Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Accuracy of the reports submitted daily to the office.

Timely and competitive quotes from suppliers

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONS

External:

Procurement slide of the commodity.

Internal:

Directors.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications:Masters from a renowned university.

Minimum Experience:2-4 years purchase and sale experience in any commodities.

Skills:

Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint , Word, Vision & Outlook

Proficiency using the web, private & public database.

Very Good Communication Skills and personality.

Sharp thinking and refined.

Possess analytical and critical thinking skills.

Languages English & Hindi (speaking / reading / writing)
