Job Summary
Qualification & Experience Experience Managing complex, IT Projects Experience in use of Project Management Methodology Working knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology Experience in Data modelling techniques and knowledge and applicability of various normal forms Good understanding of MVC framework and mobile application development Experience in micro services
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- Over 8 years of IT experience with minimum 2 years in a managerial position
- Good database knowledge
- Application design life cycle experience
- Good Intercommunication skills
- Cloud certificate is an added advantage
- To be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for all technology and business unit projects within a program to assure smooth flow of the operations.
- To review project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding [budget] limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources
- To monitor project results against technical specifications to ensure the required results are met as per specifications
- To be responsible in development and review of the BRD documents and signed-off by respective business members
- To be responsible for review and feedback on various Data models developed
- To develop interfaces and solutions so that multiple applications in Gati work together efficiently and effectively
- To monitor the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies to ensure the project requirements and purpose is met and is in line with latest technology.
- To perform certain administrative tasks related to each project including maintaining the project management application and documenting critical information to ensure the smooth flow of project and documents maintained for references.
- To keep AVP-IT and Key customer stakeholders informed as to the status of each project to ensure the top management is in line with the project development and progress
- To organize training to users [train the trainer concept] as and when required or when a new software are installed to ensure the smooth use of the software and to ensure the knowledge transfer happens to end users
- To organize the quality outcome of the projects within the specified and agreed time period, within the specified and agreed budget.
