Job Summary
  • We receive volumes of enquiries each month. You will be responsible for counseling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.
  • A student counselor is responsible for guiding the students regarding their career decisions and helping them understands their potential and help to pursue their goals.
  • Helping the students understand their skill sets and provide them ways to utilize it.
  • Providing information about the various colleges and universities and advising them about various requirements.
  • Pre-departure counseling to ensure student expectations are commensurate with reality.
  • Helping the student access latest location information and on-campus activity schedules.
  • Meet the assigned targets
  • Delivery of outstanding client service which is paramount to not only the success of a case but is intrinsic to the culture and values of Gateway Visas
Desired Skills and Experience :
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Convincing Skills and problem solving Skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills with a focus on Customer Service
  • Self motivated, sales focused and result oriented professional with an ability to deliver under pressure
  • Attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration
  • Should possess a Pleasing, Warm and Friendly personality with Professional Mannerism
  • Passionate to learn and grow with the company
  • Result-orientated and Positive Attitude.
