Job Summary

3-4 years of related experience, HR background strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to different audiences globally
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to map internal processes end-to-end and identify areas of opportunity and propose improvements
Proactive, eager to learn new domains, take ownership of projects, no-limits mindset
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office, and have the ability to quickly master new systems and technologies used in Compliance.
