Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, customer service and web analytics
  • Developing strategies specific for ecommerce channel for assortment planning, pricing, product gap analysis and merchandise promotion.
  • Competition mapping of similar brands in the category and category analysis for understanding the market trends & sales trending
  • Analyze sell through and ensure optimum level of inventory with the partner
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the e-commerce strategy
  • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to relevant teams
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability
  • Identify new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
  • Optimize online assortment; distribution, product, pricing, pack size, unique SKUs and Improve brand presence online; digital assets, product tours, reviews, brand pages
  • Drive sales conversion online with targeted eCommerce shopper marketing and Develop data analytics and insights capability to drive sales conversion online
  • Identify and develop relevant consumer and/or shopper insights and Provide project and/or marketing leadership on innovation projects
  • Collaborate & coordinate with Global teams to assess future India e-tail expansion targets

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration with minimum 4 - 5 years of experience
  • Prior experience managing eCommerce activities
  • Experience within B2B space will be an added advantage
  • Proven leadership of large e-commerce projects with good knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
