Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and will be responsible for
engaging with potential customers domestic & International through online chat platforms & calls
and providing product information, answering queries, and ultimately driving sales related to visa
or travel service’s Main objective will be to convert chat interactions into successful sales by
delivering excellent customer service and persuasive selling techniques. Will work closely with
the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the
organization.
Job description: Inside Sales Executive (Calling Process)
We are looking for a hard-working individual with good written and verbal communication skills
fora Visa process in-order to handle visa-related enquiries and close sales.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Experience: 1 to 4 years (Freshers can be also suitable if good communication skills are
there)
Shift Timing: 9hrs Monthly Rotation Shift (Comfortable with Night Shifts)
Company Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi
Number of Openings: 10 (Male Candidates - Preferred)
Salary: 18K to 25 K
Job Responsibility
Engage in chat conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and provide
relevant product information. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert chat interactions into sales. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they
may have. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics for achieving sales
goals. Ability to follow up with potential customers on the phone to persuade them topurchase
Visa services. Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment, Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of handling international customers will be an
edge,
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the
company. Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals while maintaining high
levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information, interactions, and progress in the
company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure accurate and timely recording
of customer details, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
Skills Experience Requirement Good Typing Speed, typing speed over 25 WPM will be preferred. Graduate in any field, Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or
Required - High school or equivalent or higher education
Required - Located in Rajouri Garden
Required - Good command over English
