As a Back Office Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations within the organization. Key duties and responsibilities include:

Accurate and timely entry of data into the system.

Maintaining and updating records, files, and documents.

2. Database Management:

Managing databases and ensuring data integrity.

Generating reports as required.

3. Coordinating Internal Processes:

Collaborating with other departments for seamless workflow.

Assisting in the implementation of efficient processes.

4. Customer Query Handling:

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Ensuring excellent customer service.

5. Administrative Support:

Providing support to various departments as needed.

Handling routine administrative tasks.

6. Communication:

Effectively communicating within the team and with other departments.

Drafting emails, letters, and other documents as required.

7. Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Participating in quality control activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office suite.

Experience:

Prior experience in a similar back-office role is preferred but not mandatory.
