Job Summary
  • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about our car workshop services and repair works done to customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions are taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
  • Attend incoming customers at the workshop, greet them with a smile, good personality with strong communication skills, and co-ordinate with other department staff.


Minimum qualification requirement

Preferred - Customer Support Executive skill with 2+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Preferred - Located in Lower Parel

Required - Good command over English

Experience Required :

5 to 11 Years
