Job Description:

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

To handle international customers From Video Shopping (Facetime, whatsapp, Skype, Facebook)

A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products & services.

Online order processing from Inquiry to order Delivery

E-commerce activities

Maintain good relationship with customers

Required Candidate profile

Must have fluent English Communications(verbal & written both)

Basic sales skill & experience

Shift Timing :03:00 pm to 12:00 am

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Same Field skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Located in Surat

Preferred - Good command over English, Hindi

Experience Required :

1 to 2 Year
