Job Summary

Answer inbound calls from customers and provide them with the information they need
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and collect customer feedback
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Update customer account information in the company’s database
Transfer callers to the appropriate department or take messages when necessary
Identify sales opportunities and pitch products and services to customer
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - telecalling skill with 1+ years experience

Required - High school or equivalent or higher education

Required - Located in Salem

Required - Good command over English,Tamil

Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
