Designation: Front Office - Tele-Counsellor Experience: 0 to 4 yrs Location: Mumbai (Andheri West) Qualification: Graduate / 12th pass Salary: Commensurate with Experience Age: Under 30 yrs Job Description: Telephonic Counselling of enquires and scheduling appointments for Academic Counsellors Handling Inbound Calls Front office Management & Coordination Welcoming & Managing New Enquiries Key-skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word or similar software Strong Communication skills in English & Hindi; Working knowledge of Marathi & Gujarati is a plus Good adaptability to any work environment
