Job Description:

RAC Assembly Operator assembles and connects together the various modules and parts of the refrigerator or air conditioner. The individual is responsible for assembling and wiring up of various components of AC & Refrigerator like (Chillers,Boiler,etc) modules or sub assemblies and systems to make the complete product.

Having full knowledge into AC and Refrigerator.

Skills:

• Good Comprehension English.
• Good typing speed English.
• Technical bent of mind preferably a technical background person.
• Very good exposure to MS office should be able to create/edit documents, make PPTs etc.
• Internet savvy.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the subject from the SME & make notes of the key topics to be covered & also the sequence/flow of topics.
• Prepare at day wise overview of topics to be covered & learning outcomes for each topic & duration for each topic.
• Research books/internet sites for the subject matter & download relevant information.
• Design activities for hands on learning for the topics
• Prepare a PPT with slide notes to be used for training.
• Prepare a trainee handout to be used for training.
• Keep track of updating the information on quarterly basis.
