Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our Hiring Partnership department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong partnerships. The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. 3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities. 10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hiring partnership industry. 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9.
