Job Summary Blockchain Developer at PyjamaHR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Developer to join our team. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts on the Rust programming language for decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms. You should have at least 3+ years of experience in Rust, have experience writing and deploying multiple smart contracts, and have bonus points in Interest rate swaps, voltz.xyz, Venus.io, and Pancakeswap.finance.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop smart contracts on the Rust programming language for decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.
  • Participate in the entire smart contract development life cycle from design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure smart contracts meet all business requirements.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of bugs and performance issues.
  • Work with other consultants to design and develop solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate smart contracts with other components of DeFi platforms.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Rust programming language
  • Experience writing and deploying multiple smart contracts
  • Familiarity with Interest rate swaps, voltz.xyz, Venus.io, and Pancakeswap.finance.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and concepts.
  • Strong experience with Ethereum and other blockchain platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Bonus Points:
  • Previous experience in Interest rate swaps
  • Experience in developing smart contracts for decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and concepts.
  • Experience with other programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Contributions to open-source Rust projects related to smart contracts or blockchain technology.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
