We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are looking for a Product Manager that can enhance and deliver our Supply Chain Technology Product Studio s functional and technical roadmap in India.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department and help us grow our Company. The responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for our Company.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitments.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions for every vacancies.
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process - sourcing, screening candidates, Interview lineups, coordination and follow up s till joining.
- Source potential candidates through different recruitment channels like - Job Portals, GitHub, dribble, LinkedIn, Indeed etc, Campus Hiring, Internal Job Postings, Recruitment Database, Job fairs, Consultants, Social Media, Digital Platform & other professional networks.
- Well researched with recent talent acquisition trends.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans and promote low cost sourcing channels.
- Attend career fairs and other events to build Company s network.
- Prior experience in hiring IT/Software recruitments, specially on Niche Skills: Dot net Software Developer, .Net full stack developer, QA Automation Engineer, Python/Django Developer - Fullstack, Front End Developer, Manhattan WMOS Consultant etc.
- Maintain good relations with past and potential candidates. Create a pool of talent in pipeline by leveraging social media to attract passive candidates
- Vendor Management.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports, create dashboards for key talent acquisition metrics.
- Liaison with the departments/HR Operations/Finance/IT Team to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires, joining dates and respective inputs.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of strong work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Prior experience in technical hiring i.e. IT and Software roles is a must.
- Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment and consistently meet hiring deadlines
- Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost effective Recruitment Plan
- Strong understanding of the Indian Start-ups and Talent availability
- Excellent hirings skills from social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster etc).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
