Position Summary

The Front End Developer is responsible for developing the supply chain product and platform development projects. The developer will actively participate in the design, build, test, and ship high quality API's and solutions. The developer fosters strong technical relationships with business owners and development team and represents the product during design, development, testing, release, updates, and ongoing lifecycle management.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Backend team to design, build, test, and ship high quality API's and solutions
• Actively participate in Agile Scrum practices such as daily standups and retrospectives
• Help evolve Fulfillment IQ's technical roadmap as well as our core software development principals
• Work in a Agile development environment to implement user stories as well as assist team-mates with their tasks
• Identify multiple innovative solutions to solve day to day development problems.
• Formulate solutions in a very timely manner to present to key stakeholders.
• The technologies you will be working with are React, NextJS, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Typescript/JavaScript, GitHub.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software or an equivalent level of work experience, and a track record of substantial contributions to software projects with high business impact
• Must understand SaaS software development practices.
• Must have experience working in a microservices environment utilizing Kubernetes and Docker
• Must have experience working with GIT source control management
• Cope with change and evolve with technology platforms as needed.
• You are a wizard with HTML/CSS.
• Have deep understanding of CSS and Preprocessors (e.g. Sass, SCSS)
  • Experience with building stateful single-page applications using HTTP/JSON API s,
    WebSockets, Web Workers and Client-side storage
  • Experience with applying designs from Sketch/Figma files
  • Experience with writing automated tests to make code more robust
• Experienced in creating and working with React applications
• 3+ years of experience working with React, NextJS , Web UI with HTML / CSS
• 3+ years of experience working with Typescript and JavaScript
• 1+ years of experience working with Docker
• 1+ years of experience working with Kubernetes
• 1+ years of experience working with GIT source control management
• Experience with Tailwind or Material UI is a very strong plus
• Experience with versioning control and working with GitHub
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
• Can demonstrate working with AWS (you can provision resources and can demonstrate utilizing them.)
