Sr Business Development Manager

SUMMARY
The manager will be responsible for carryingout all the activities of the Company in the western Karnataka or Goa region ofthe country. He/she will be the representative of the organization helping thecompany extend its root and expand in the West Karnataka and Goa.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tooversee the sales/marketing department of the designated areaDevelopingoverall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals
Includesperforming territory and sales analyses, assessing the results and adjustingsales strategies accordingly.
Building brand awareness. Provideproduct information, answerclient questions and concernsfor current and potential clients through visits, meetings or presentations
Securesales for the company both directly and through teams.
Build andmaintain key relationships with potential and current clients and form newrelationships with potential clients and follows up with potential and currentclients through phone, email and sometimes regular visits.
Managethe sales team involving training, monitoring, coaching and motivating the teamto achieve the desired targets
Work closelywith other verticals within Friscone group to drive the short-term and long-term visionof the organization and be an integral part of its growth and impact.
Suggestand incorporate ways to improve the visibility of Friscone Group in the industry

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Experience: 5+ years (in sales/marketing/BD)
(Preferred-withexperience in companies such as Just Dial, Franchise India, IndiaMart)
Language: English, Hindi, Kannada and any other locallanguage
SKILLSREQUIRED
Havingsector-specific sales experience with a successful track record
Strongnumerical and analytical abilities
