DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Meet potential Dealers and Franchise partners for growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Be the brand ambassador and plan marketing approaches, events and schemes with Franchise partners in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh region.
3. Build mutually beneficial alliances to increase our dealers network in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh region.
4. Identify marketing and product opportunities with other brands/service providers to drive customer traffic and awareness for Friscone group in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
5. Enhance existing business relationships and constantly engage them, creating new avenues of expansion.
6. Track and optimize programs with our existing partners based on set targets.
7. Constantly devise and recommend market disrupting strategies backed with market research and competition analysis.
8. Work closely with the Team leader and Business development head to generate maximum leads.
9. Research and identify market trends and new/existing brand players that may strategically enhance Dealers acquisition in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
10. Dynamically lead assigned sales executive of his zone.
EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIRMENTS
Education level: Minimum Graduation
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Ethics and integrity of the highest degree
Specific skills: Self-starter, excellent negotiation skills, handling stress, competitive
Strong communication skills (via phone, email or in-person)
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Speaks English and Hindi fluently
good knowledge about the Gorakhpur retail market (will be given preference)
Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary
Must be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit
