Responsibilities Lead the design and development of MDM architecture and implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design MDM solutions. Develop data models to support MDM implementation. Mentor and lead a team of MDM developers, providing guidance on best practices and code quality. Ensure MDM implementations are scalable, reliable, and secure. Develop and implement data quality standards for MDM solutions. Create and execute test plans for MDM solutions. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in Master Data Management. Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, integration, and data quality standards. In-depth knowledge of MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM MDM, Tibco MDM, or Magnitude MDM. Experience with MDM solutions in cloud-based environments. Understanding of integration technologies such as SOA, APIs, and ESB. Familiarity with data management technologies such as data warehousing and ETL. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
