Requirements The person in this role is responsible for providing the production support and analyzing change requests, incidents, tickets & successful resolution, and deployment for the requirements raised. This role demands good understanding of Talend MDM and ETL processes, design hands on. He/she will work with a team to support the existing solution and implement and design of new development against client raised enhancements. Also, participate in the technical meeting with client stakeholders to ensure the incidents and tickets (Severity 1 and 2 mainly) raised are fixed within agreed SLAs. Who you are: A Talend DI and MDM expert person with the ability to support the Talend MDM implementation including ETL layer A proficient consultant who can understand the client environment and consistently meet internal and external timelines against SLA s Energized to find a solution to a problem reported by the client as incidents/tickets A consultant with good experience in Talend Data Integration (ETL) and Master Data Management (MDM) tools A team player who understands and delivers with high standard deliverables You are mindful of how you can improve the experience of your client in each interaction What you'll do: Act as a Talend MDM and ETL Subject Matter Expert Work on design and implement optimal extraction, transformation and load for data sourced from a wide variety of data sources using Talend Integration services Understand the current architecture and implementation to design solutions using Talend services (DI and MDM) against the change requests/enhancements raised/incidents reported by the client Work with client implementation team members, to support a data integration and MDM needs including deployment to production Work on understanding the functional needs, design and impact analysis to the current implementation, develop the solution and guide the QA team for regression and verifying the solution. Work with customers to deploy, manage and enhance the solution Perform data and/or application integration design and development, technical product assistance and tuning to meet customer performance and functional requirements Monitor the production environment and implementation Desirable Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related area and 2-7 years of experience in the field Expert level exposure to Data Integration and MDM with Talend's product design and implementation Good understanding of integration design and codebase Good knowledge of the MDM processes, phases in MDM implementation Strong RDBMS skills. Exposure to Snowflake, Redshift is a plus Hands on experience in Java Ability to troubleshoot development and performance issues and define a plan to address those issue with problem-solving ability Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Flexibility to support in client time zone
