Job Summary

This is a remote position.

As a HubSpot Project Specialist, your primary responsibility is to help clients implement and optimize their use of the HubSpot platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized HubSpot solutions to meet those needs.

Your job duties may include the following:


  • Consulting with clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
  • Developing and implementing customized HubSpot solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Conducting training sessions with clients to ensure they are effectively using HubSpot.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Analyzing and reporting on HubSpot metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HubSpot developments and industry trends.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for clients.
