Support Engineer (Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities
Provide support to solution users with operational and technical support and to meet specified SLAs
Exposure to Azure, strong Linux, Windows administration skills
Resolve incidents and problems associated with IT solutions developed & deployed at client sites
Resolve / Troubleshoot Users technical issues
Using Ticketing tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
Technical - Hardware, Network and OS, Azure services
ITIL Knowledge- Incident request, change request
Knowledge/Experience in web applications and languages like Python/Django, Java, front end technologies (JS, ReactJS, Angular etc.) would be a plus
Excellent communication skills as there would be client interaction involved. Fluent in English - both written and spoken
To be able and flexible to work 24X7, rotational shifts
Minimum 2 years of service Desk Experience Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS
Experience: At least 2 years as an IT Support Desk / Infrastructure support specialist.
