Role Brief:

Looking for a Cognitive Automation Consultant, having experience in intelligent Automation development and delivery. Client facing Role experience is mandatory. Should have hands on experience in coding and solution design. Exposure to Cloud Platforms would be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and Design the solution architecture.
• Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Delivering Hybrid Automation solution with integration of AI/ML components.
• Experience in processing structured, unstructured data sources and leveraging ML models
• Experience with OCR/ICR/NLP, document processing and digitization.
• Understanding of predictive modelling and techniques.
• Experience in handling web, native and legacy applications using RPA platforms.
• API/Web Service integration using RPA platforms.
• OOPS concepts clarity for programming.
• Hands-On with data cleansing and preparation using Python/R.
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and bug fixes
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies.
• Capable of managing/creating SDLC documents like BRD, Process Workflow, Test cases, etc

Skills Required:

Work Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Process automation. Techno-functional approach.

Soft skills

• Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end intelligent automation engineering with best practices, processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and accuracy in the delivery solutions
• Solution design & approach: Experience of working with a variety of applications and ability to address business concerns. Problem solving approach and capability to craft solutions based on requirements.
• Software Development: Experience working with SDLC, Waterfall and Agile models for delivery of the project.
