Role Brief:

Looking for a Process Designer/Consultant having experience in process automation development. Candidate needs to have exposure to working on internal/client projects for automating end to end reporting/dashboarding projects. Should have hands on experience in coding and solution design.

What will you be doing?

• Solution design and development: Work with a variety of applications and ability to address business concerns. Using problem solving approach and capability to craft solutions based on requirements.
• Reporting automation: Enable reporting automation using scripts. Functional/modular using tools including but not limited to VBA, Python, R, Excel and batch scripting
• Workflow automation: Enable workflow automation through tools like Microsoft Flow / Power Automate
• Stakeholder Management: Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders, IT and Human Capital (HC); Effectively communicate with, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, taking account of their levels of influence and interest. This includes identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups, using suitable channels for achieving clear outcomes, consensus and conflict resolution.

What Were Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Process automation post B.Tech Degree from Premier Engineering colleges
• A quick leaner with strong logical and programming skills
• Experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• Capable of managing/creating SDLC documents like BRD, Process Workflow, Test cases etc
• OPS concepts clarity for programming
• Exposure to Python for transactional coding
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills, should have great attitude towards work and focused
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies.
