Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION & ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Develop & generate new business for Setra Systems in the Building Automation segment with focus on critical care applications in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma etc.
Work closely with engineering firms and project consultants to ensure Serta s products are spec d and mentioned in approved supplier list.
Complete all necessary steps from opportunity development, follow up and closing of the sale.
Utilize application knowledge to efficiently process customer information, respond to inquiries and address any customer issues in a timely fashion.
Utilize company CRM database to maintain accurate, updated, and organized information on all assigned customers and company leads.
Travel to customer locations as required; present company products, services and pricing information in a professional manner.
Required Skills/Experience:
5+ years of sales, engineering, or customer-facing experience selling into the HVAC, healthcare or life sciences market
Foundational knowledge of HVAC mechanical and/or electrical systems
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook Exchange. Desired Skills/Experience:
Knowledge and experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical markets
Knowledge of instrumentation products like sensors and transducers.
Engineer savvy; ability to read schematics
Prior experience utilizing salesforce.com
Language- Understand & fluent in speaking in Hindi/English. Education:
Bachelor s degree; technical degree preferred
