Job Summary
- Content and SEO strategy - Developing best-practice SEO and other marketing strategies to look for new content and traffic opportunities, based on user and keyword research. Define and execute long-term global technical SEO strategies to grow multi-country and multi-language audiences
- Content quality Working with the editorial team to manage and optimise existing and new content across multiple countries, ensuring we build out guides that are authoritative, in-depth, ranks highly in search engines, delivers on user/target audience intent for the page, and drives comparisons and ultimately visits to our commercial partners.
- Conversion optimization - Spearhead optimization plans that maximize organic traffic growth, by properly and consistently implementing modern SEO techniques
- Optimize technical aspects of our website for maximized indexing and keyword relevance. Initiate and deliver conversion rate optimization projects.
- A/B test models for optimizing ideal lead flow, conversion points, and digital touchpoints
- Analysis and reporting on performance - Report on web traffic/site analytics, landing page and content performance, competitive keyword performance/research, as well as lead and MQL conversions
- Present actionable, data-backed recommendations, and expert insights that will increase digitally driven demand generation
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, and internet marketing industry trends and developments and report changes (and subsequent strategy updates) as needed
Qualifications
- A relevant degree in (Marketing, business, computing) or similar
- Minimum 5 years in B2B/SaaS marketing with a strong understanding of pipeline demand generation and effective website optimization and improved conversion rates
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in SEO and UX best practices
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing on a content strategy for non-paid/organic channels.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO (sitemaps, crawl budget, canonicalization, Schema.org, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and website CMS and optimization platforms
- Experience in quantifying marketing impact and SEO performance
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into metrics and analytics
- A proactive, get it done attitude with ability to go live quickly
