Job Summary
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable applications using open source technologies
- Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills.
- Create engineering balanced with high quality and a customer focus.
- Must be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
- Improve operations by conducting system analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.
- Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them.
- In depth knowledge in any of the backend programming languages (Java / Python / Javascript )
- Efficiency in any of the following frameworks - Spring boot, Flask, Express.js
- Deep technical knowledge on MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
- Knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes, Jenkins is a plus
- Has a strong SQL and Database knowledge
- Exposure to Message Queuing any of SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kinesis
- Exposure to Caching Systems Redis.
- Understanding of AWS or Azure services
