Job Summary Job Role and Responsibilities:
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Work with the project managers to come up with user interface elements in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Be comfortable with A/B testing providing shortlisted options for elements. Develop UI mockups and clickable prototypes to clearly illustrate how your ideas function.
  • Customize/create icons as needed be following our brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, visual feedback)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to UCD standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years of formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile designer.
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.
  • Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
  • Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS and Android.
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Figma/Sketch, Zeplin, AdobeXD, Marvel etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
  • Strong command of essential front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
