- Should have handled/Implemented ERP in manufacturing sector
- Should have handled/ Implemented CRM and other sales related softwares
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
