About the team:
City Logistics is the First Mile and Last Mile business of Ekart which is delivering 20 million shipments a month to 17000+ pin codes across India. City Logistics delivers a consistent excellence in consumer experience by delivering reliably, providing industry best doorstep delivery experience and managing variability at scale.
What you'll do:
Lead the planning process for city logistic including First Mile , Last Mile covering 80% of flip kart non large supply chain
Strong coordination with the Zonal Team, ADM , 3PL , HR Team
Process alignment with Zones, Implementing sales plans , monthly & weekly plan
Identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmap
Adhoc analysis and data updation
Identify the best practices from the list for cross pollination and drive the implementation
Developing weekly & monthly MIS for monitoring of CL activities and sharing the same with top management.
